The presentation will describe the extraordinary development of the passenger port of Venice: a model for turnaround operations based on the quick and efficient transformation of the old commercial port into a state-of-the-art passenger port. Old buildings have been refurbished, new terminals have been built and a network of companies has been set up to enable VTP (Venezia Terminal Passeggeri) to its know-how with other ports.
