smartPORT TV: Decision on the Elbe river deepening tabled - Hamburg must wait for the EU-verdict

The federal constitution court in Leipzig has tabled the decision on the deepening of the Hamburg Elbe river. Before there could be decisions about lawsuits of environmental associations, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) would have to answer open questions according the EU law, the judges explained on thursday in Leipzig.
